Going into any ultra, I always set myself 3 Goals.
FINISH - Healthy and in an incredible time (This has only happened once)
FINISH - Healthy and with a time I think is appropriate for me (This is normally what happens)
FINISH - Healthy and no injuries, but maybe very slow and just before cut-off (Been there)
