The 6633 Ultra

Going into any ultra, I always set myself 3 Goals.

  • FINISH - Healthy and in an incredible time (This has only happened once)
  • FINISH - Healthy and with a time I think is appropriate for me (This is normally what happens)
  • FINISH - Healthy and no injuries, but maybe very slow and just before cut-off (Been there)

With this race, after watching these videos, and doing my research, I will be keeping the first 2 goals, but changing the last one. It will simply become ...

  • STAY HEALTHY - and with no MAJOR injuries (Finishing is not even part to the goal)
